How do I book?
The Make a Wish team have put together this easy to follow step by step guide to booking your party. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Step One- Check our availibility...
Contact our office on 01924 281365 to check our availibility. Once we have decided upon a date and time to suit you, we will provisionally reserve your booking.
Step Two- Choose your party option...
Together we will discuss which party option will suit your requests. It will be helpful if you have some idea of the following:
- Which party you would like- Story Journey, Character, Bear Making, Activity, Photo Shoot or Other.
- How long you would like our entertainment to last- 60minutes, 90 minites or Other.
- Which character(s) you would like to invite.
- What party theme you would like. (see Character Guest List & Themes)
- How many guests you would like to invite.
- Where you would like to host the party
- If you would like us to provide any party extras such as party bags, party food, decorations, balloons, chocolate fountain etc.
Step Three- Complete a booking form...
Once we have agreed on a party date and the type of entertainment you would like us to provide, we will send you a booking form via email or post. You will need to complete your booking form and return it to us within 7 days of recieving it with a deposit totalling to half the amount of your chosen party.
Step Four- Send your invites...
Once we have recieved your booking form and deposit, we will send you a letter confirming your party booking and enough Make a Wish Party invitations to send to all of your guests.
Step Five- Relax and get excited for the party...
When everything has been booked all you need to do is look forward to the big day. You will be able to relax knowing that your entertainment will be everything that you and your younger guests wish for. If you have any questions in the run up to your party we encourage you to contact us as we are always fairy happy to help and give advice.
